Description of Services

GoldmineMB provides sports insights, analytics, alerts, subscriptions, and account-based features. As part of the Service, we may communicate with you via email, SMS/text messages, and one-time passcodes (OTP).

Accounts & Authentication

Certain features require account creation and identity verification. One-time passcodes (OTP) are used solely for authentication and security purposes and expire automatically. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional and security-related emails, including account confirmations, alerts, and subscription notices. Marketing emails are sent only if you explicitly opt in and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

SMS/Text Messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from GoldmineMB, which may include OTP codes, account alerts, subscription confirmations, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent & Compliance

You represent that you are the authorized user of the contact information provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. GoldmineMB complies with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and applicable data-protection regulations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass authentication mechanisms, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Service Availability

Delivery of emails and messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party providers or carrier filtering.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” GoldmineMB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including message delivery failures.
